VAs work on a contract or ad-hoc basis, so small business owners and individuals only pay for the hours worked or specific tasks completed. I believe in flexibility. You can hire me on an as-needed basis, or you can choose a retainer package for ongoing support. Please note there is a minimum of 1 hour per month.

Working With Me

I primarily communicate via email, Teams or Google Meet. I also use the messaging platform WhatsApp.

My standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas and Easter holidays. I am flexible and will endeavour to accommodate urgent requests.

Other Questions

I am proficient in a variety of tools including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WordPress, FreeAgent, and more. If you have specific software requirements, let me know, and I’ll work to accommodate them.

Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the task, but I strive to complete assignments promptly and keep you updated throughout the process. We can discuss time-frames on our Discovery Call.

I only work with clients who are based within the United Kingdom.
