Ad-Hoc
If you’re new to working with a Virtual Assistant and not sure how many hours per week or month you require, we can start on an ad-hoc basis.
Ad-hoc support is charged by the hour. I provide a time report at the end of each month so you know exactly how many hours I have provided you with support. This will be sent to you with my invoice.

Please note there is a minimum of one hour per month.
Retainer
A retainer gives you ongoing support without the hassle of booking help every time you need assistance. You have a fixed amount of hours per month so you know how much my invoice will be, so no unexpected surprises.
As an example of hours per month:
5 hours = £175
10 hours = £350
15 hours = £525
20 hours = £700
Specialised Retainers
I offer Email Management and Website Maintenance packages if you require a dedicated service.

Details
I will send a time report for ad-hoc and retainers with my invoice so you can see how much time I’ve spent on specific tasks at the end of each month. My invoice will either be rounded up or rounded down to the nearest 15 minutes, which can be referenced against the time report.
I will notify you if the agreed retainer is getting close to the end of the agreed hours before the month’s end. If you require extra time, we can discuss your options. Please note this will be subject to my availability.
Hours not used within a retainer will expire and will not be refunded. They will not be carried forward to the following month.
